You must take ownership of your role — ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and speed behind the bar, even in high-pressure environments. As an agency bartender, you are expected to integrate quickly into new teams and uphold the standards of every venue you represent.
Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in high-volume or premium venues
Must Have
- Strong cocktail and bar knowledge
- Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes and specifications
- Basic wine knowledge
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Flexible and able to work across different venues
- Confident, guest-focused attitude
