Experience Required
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a professional kitchen
Must Have
Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (minimum)
Allergen Awareness training
Right to work in the UK
Experience with references
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced kitchens
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good time management and organisation
- Consistency in delivering high-quality dishes
- Ability to adapt quickly to new kitchens and teams
